How I Got To Number 1 In Google With 15 Million Competition
The key to getting great results in the search engines is to have a plan and follow that. It doesn’t happen overnight. The secret is to get high quality links from as many sites as possible. Remember all links are not equal. If you are getting links from authority sites these carry more weight in the eyes of Google, Yahoo and MSN.
As well as posting links I use RSS feeds wherever possible to increase the amount of linking and a number of other sites that Google loves. With a well thought out plan it is possible to get to number 1 in Google with really high competition. Another good way is to post videos to you tube and then link to those videos and submit RSS feeds for the videos.

As of posting this I hold the number 1 spot not to mention 2 other positions on the first page if you look with around 15 million competition. This is for the promotion of a product called fastest way to build muscle. This gives an idea what is possible if you follow a proven plan for high rankings in the search engines.
